PURPOSE 
• To train our participants at the maximized level in Advanced Industrial Automation Systems.

PROGRAM CONTENT
1. Asynchronous Motor Drivers
2. Project design with e-plan drawing program
3. PLC system components and configuration
4. S7 1200 PLC Programming
5. Programming with Graph Language
6. WinCCFlexible Training
7. Vacuum technique application in pomatic systems
8. Communication Systems (Profi-bus, Profi-net, Asi-bus, Modbus)
 
METHOD
 
Programming, control, design operations will be conducted through Siemens PLC S7-1200.
Project design through the E-Plan Drawing program
Performing Motor Speed Control applications
Operator panel design and implementation through WinCCFlexible
Implementation of PLC programming applications with Graph language in experimental sets of flexible production systems
PLC and Control materials and catalogs
Presentation of industrial applications drawn up on computer as slide show and film screening.
Performing the applications of subjects on the experimental sets with PLC and Operator panel
At the end of the training, an applicable project work will be conducted dependent on the content of the course.
Participation in fair and business trips

 

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE
  • Preferably a graduate of at least Vocational High School (Electrical Electronics, Informatics, Machinery, Industrial Automation and Mechatronics Departments or having successfully completed BUTGEM Industrial Automation Systems Training)
