STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITY OF THE LEGAL EDUCATION CENTER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF QUALIFIED INTERMEDIATE MEMBERSHIP PROJECT

PROJECT FINAL BULLETIN

The project "Strengthening the Capacity of the Lifelong Learning Center for BTSO - BUTGEM Qualified Intermediate Staff Training Supported by BEBKA", which started on May 30, 2014, was completed.

PROJECT PURPOSES

General Objectives:
In this project, Bursa Trade Chamber Education Foundation-BUTGEM Lifelong Education Center; It is aimed to increase the infrastructure and cooperation possibilities of the institution by establishing and developing new training laboratories for increasing the work force qualifications participating in vocational training and development training programs in the fields of Automotive, Machinery, Textile, Apparel and Industrial Automation.

Activities Completed within 1 Year:
In BUTGEM, the establishment of 6 new training laboratories and the development of the capacities of 9 existing workshops and laboratories were provided. (Cad-Cam Laboratory, CNC Programming Class, Basic Printing Workshop, Digital Printing Technique Workshop, Gerber Mold Design Workshop, PLC Laboratory, Robot Laboratory, Flexible Manufacturing Systems Laboratory, 3 classrooms, related Workshop machinery equipments)

The fieldwork for the determination of the qualifications of the labor force and the professional workshops were organized.

Twelve new vocational training and vocational training programs have been established to increase the quality of the labor force and 12 vocational training and vocational training programs have been revised.
1000 brochures were printed for renewed training programs and 5000 project evaluation and dissemination books were created.

There were 297 different advertisement announcements with the aim of promoting the project and reaching the target group.
